I know that calculating macronutrients and calories can be very complex at times, so beginners leave that up to me! You just trust in the process and get results by staying consistent and patient! 


Eventually we progress you to creating a life-style of healthy habits to work for you long term.

  I started out an undersized, walk-on athlete with no scholarship and no money. What I did have was belief in myself and a vision for who I wanted to become.

  Physically, I wanted to create the Bo Jackson body— Lean, Strong & extremely Athletic.

  I became a Division-1 football starter, led the AFL in scoring, broke the all-time football single season touchdown record, broke 3 World Records and participated as a U.S. Bobsled & 7's Rugby athlete.

  I know what it takes and I fully reject society’s acceptance of playing the victim and being average.

  Men are not meant to be soft and weak, and giving up is never an option.

  As fathers, we care about showing up our best for our families. We’re meant to be leaders and that starts with being strong, fit, confident and capable!

  A career-ending knee injury led me on the journey from being in optimal health to being out of shape and feeling incapable for the first time in my life. As I trained hard to get back what I had lost, I was building the exact roadmap to help other men regain ability, strength, flexibility, and find confidence again!

  I've trained some of the highest paid athletes in the world and I created Block Method to give everyone the same experience at a fraction of the cost!
